We interviewed many agents that charged high rates, gave fancy presentations and seemed to not really care what we sold our home for or our goals. "My husband and I sold and purchased a home with Justin. We found Justin after noticing that he sold a number of homes in our neighbourhood in Limoges. We already were listed with another agent for 3 months with no luck in receiving any offers on our home. After our contact was up, I was reluctant to re-list as I felt frustrated with not having a lot of expectations met regarding using a realtor previously. However, after a few months we decided to re-list our home, and we called Justin to meet with him.
At the first meeting I was very impressed by Justin as was my husband. I didn't feel as if I was given any false hopes, I felt he was very realistic with what we should expect, extremely easy to talk to and more importantly took the time to listen to what we expected from the sale price of our home and also what our hopes were in the future.
After listing with Justin and First Choice Realty, I was very impressed that Justin continued to keep communication open with us, which I found didn't happen when we previously listed. He always provided encouragement during the selling process and once we had a expected buyer - and purchaser - he simplified and was willing to offer guidance through every step. We couldn't have been happier.
With regards to finding a new home, Justin was VERY patient with us as our desires in a new home changed....quite often actually!! He understood that it wasn't always a fast pace decision to make the next move and he was always very comforting to us during this time. He made sure to send us listings based on all our wants and needs for a new home. He always made time to take us for showings and accommodated our busy schedule. Once we found our home, located in Stittsville - again he worked with us and explained everything so the purchasing process was great! He was very helpful with inspections and being a liaison between us and the sellers.
We would highly recommend Justin for both selling and/or buying your home! His personality and willingness to listen and help out with every step of this sometimes exiting but stressful process was wonderful. We couldn't be happier!"
